As of May 28, 20 degrees C is yet to be reached in 2013. As can be seen above it has always happened in either April or May [On 5 out of 9 occasions between April 22 and 26]!
2009 was the year it took longest to attain that temperature, until May 31 in fact, but with just 3 days to go will this year set a new record and 20 degrees C not occur until June?
