The End of BST 2017

Since UK time changed from BST to GMT on October 28th, 2017, rainfall and pressure readings are now given for 2100 GMT.  They will revert to 2200 when UK time changes back to BST in March 2018.   
This will mean there will no longer be a 23 hour 'day' in March, and a 25 hour 'day' in October, as has been the case previously on this blog.
